Confirm performance dates

Reserve a suitable performance venue (includes minimum requirements, suitable and unsuitable venues, and electrical requirements)

Secure command support

Obtain security clearances and confirm billeting arrangements

Promote! Promote! Promote!

Organize load-in/load-out team and volunteers to hand out playbills, seat patrons, operate house lights, etc.
