Audiences seeing LETTERS FROM THE FRONT for the first time are usually surprised by the scope of the production. Not only does it have a great story with compelling characters, it also has over 200 photos and graphics to illustrate the 30 actual war letters woven into the script, along with numerous scene and atmosphere changes. These are video projected from backstage onto a large translucent screen that also doubles as the set's "picture window."
Underscoring the story and visuals are a dozen pieces of original music intermingled with several swing favorites from the period. There's even a rousing rendition of "Stars & Stripes Forever." Mixed with the actor's voices, which are transmitted via wireless microphones concealed in their costumes, are numerous atmospheric sound effects that round out the movie-like audio experience.
As with other aspects of the show, we bring all the Audio/Visual equipment and program components required for a "Broadway Quality" presentation.
