WE ARE CIVILIANS Since 9/11, access to installations by non-military personnel has understanably become more restricted. Also, our staff are usually not allowed to use dining facilities (other than food courts) or shop at the Commissary or PX, BX, or NEX. Because of this, we will need prior confirmation of personal and vehicle passes for the duration of our stay so that we can come and go as needed We will be happy to supply all pertinent info in advance so that these passes may be ready when we arrive.
BILLETING: Housing for cast & crew will need to be provided at no cost. We'll need these rooms for the day we arrive, for load-in day, and for each performance day. For example, if we have shows on Friday & Saturday, we'll need rooms Wednesday (arrival day), Thursday (load-in & setup day), Friday (performance day), and Saturday (performance and load-out day).
We need six single rooms and one double occupancy (preferably a suite or family housing unit that we can use as our travelling office). Again, because of our limited access to installation amenities and the hours that we work, the rooms should have some kind of food preperation area (kitchenette or microwave/mini-fridge). For your convenience as well as ours, please make sure we have confirmation numbers, contact name, etc. prior to our arrival.
